全球著名音乐产品制造商美国GIBSON BRANDS集团发布最新人事任命，陈志强先生（James Chen）被任命为美国鲍德温钢琴品牌全球运营总裁, 他将全权负责带领美国鲍德温钢琴制造、市场和管理运营团队致力于品牌的全球推广和运营。

在2020年10月任命为品牌事业部总裁之前，陈志强先生是美国鲍德温钢琴中国公司中山工厂运营总经理，负责端到端供应链管理和全球销售的支持和产品服务，并从2011年开始他也是GIBSON BRANDS集团大中华区CFO，在中国区的战略财务管理和商业运营方面起到关键的领导作用。

加入GIBSON BRANDS之前，陈志强先生是华为技术公司在中东北非地区的商业控制总监。

陈志强先生特别在另一家ICT行业光电子器件著名供应商美国NeoPhotonics公司工作了近9年的时间，最后的职位是其宽带网络公司副总经理，负责公司财务、人力资源及法律事务管理等，并且作为公司高级管理人员投入大量精力致力于公司销售和市场的开拓，作为财经管理代表深度参与研发项目的管理和供应链管理，期间积累了丰富的全面企业运营经验。

在加入NeoPhotonics之前，陈志强先生也有一段时间在中国著名的家用电器设备公司TCL集团工作。

陈志强先生毕业于湖南工商大学并获得管理学学士学位，其后他继续在高级管理职业后续教育方面继续深造并取得中国注册会计师(CPA)资格。

James Chen is the President of Baldwin Piano Brand and serves on its board of directors, where he leads the Baldwin Piano senior team of proven executives with broad experience in global brand building.

Before being named President in October 2020, James was the General Manager of one of Baldwin’s factories located in Zhongshan, China and was responsible for all of the factory’s operations, including end-to-end management of Baldwin’s supply chain and service and support in all markets and countries. He also headed as China CFO of Gibson Brands since 2011 and played a key role in the continued development of strategic financial management, ensuring strong business control in response to an increasingly improvement of Corporate management.

Prior to joining Gibson, James was the Finance Business Controller for Huawei Technology in North Africa and Middle East Region.

James also spent 9 years with NeoPhotonics, most recently as Deputy General Manager where he led Finance and Human Resources functions for one subsidiary company of NeoPhotonics, where he was also the senior active partner of sales and marketing function to drive business with great passion.

Previous to his work at NeoPhotonics, James also had a short work experience at TCL Group.

James graduated from Hunan University of Technology and Business with a bachelor’s degree in Management, and has furthered his executive education and he also holds a CPA certificate.
